We're having Italian sausage soup tonight, probably with a little salad or slaw on the side.

I have a small pork loin in the fridge, so looks like that will be the main source of dinner. I just don't know if I want spoiled brat to do it outside or if I want to heat up the oven. The weather is unbelievably nice, we are about to tackle some yard work. It just seems like it is a day for cooking outside. We will probably have fresh asparagus and maybe cold slaw as well. rnight we didn't end up having cold slaw. We had a salad with bok choy, red onions, walnuts, diced cukes and radishes. It was really good.

I have a pot roast going in the slow cooker with carrots, mushrooms, onions, celery, etc. I will make a gravy and serve over egg noodles. There is also leftover salad for those that want it.

We had a weird day that started at 4am, breakfast was at noon, and we had Shack's BBQ sandwiches for lunch at 3:30. I have a feeling there will be no dinner.
