We have snow day today and so we have spaghetti with baby meatballs in a homemade tomato sauce,a mixed garden salad. To drink lassi. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit

Last night I ate the last of the Mexican casserole from the freezer.

Tonight it will be George Foreman'd chicken and some steamed vegetables of some sort. I have Brussels Sprouts. Maybe Brussels Sprouts.

Vienna Italian Beef in gravy on bakery rolls. Will sauté up onions and peppers for the husband. I eat mine with cheddar on it.


At least I think that's what we're having. I'd be happy with leftover Chinese food. But it's his call...
