Tarragon tuna salad, this recipe: Tarragon Tuna Salad Recipe | Taste of Home

Added to Trader Joe's gorgonzola gnocchi and peas. It's like a tuna casserole but hot in a skillet.

I feel for you. Head colds are the worst. Try a spoonful of real good horseradish. It will drain your sinuses real quick. Feel better!

We are having friends over for a little wine and cheese we brought home from Trader Joe's in Vegas last week. Don't know if we will get around to dinner, but I am planning on having chicken tacos or something Mexican with our left over chicken.

Thank you all for your kind words, sympathy, encouragement, and offers of low sodium pizza!!! They were VERY very much appreciated!!

Going through the pantry and fridge today to check a few things - we're going to have to go to the store tomorrow for sure. Going to check some library low sodium cookbooks out as well - for all my goofing around, this is pretty darn serious and I'm scared. Time for this b*&$% to learn a few new tricks!

A little depressed because I have to take yet another CT scan (I thought I was home free but they want to do a high-resolution scan), I'll just make shrimp quesadillas and cilantro rice, I don't feel like making refried beans. I think I'll have to make a wine run on the way home too.

Aw, crap! I'm sending good-health vibes your way. And a hug. And some champagne for you to celebrate the good news (which the CT results *will* be).
