When I think of pork braciole, I think of how my Gramma made it-- with pork skin, seasoned and rolled, tied, then simmered in tomato sauce all day, to be served (along with meatballs) with spaghetti or rigatoni.
I'm thinking this is not the dish you are talking about?
It was rolled and tied, but that's where the similarities end. lol
My hubby is making two New York strip steaks, sauteed onions and mushrooms and "baked" potatoes (in the microwave). I made a tossed salad to go with it and might put a bag of the steam-in-a-bag broccoli in the microwave to go with it.
Homemade onion rings
Burnt brisket ends with homemade BBQ sauce served over a bed of grilled jalapeno, pablano, and red peppers and onions
Spicy grilled chicken wings with a chunky homemade blue cheese dressing.
Grilled bacon wrapped corn on the cob served with a Parmesan sauce
On my stove is cooking at the moment a carrot /green peas curry dish ( gajar /matar subzi) and a pot with slowly boiling milk for yogurt. In the oven are 2 multigrain bread baking. With the carrot/peas curry dish tonight chapatis and chili raita. To drink lassi. For dessert a Granny Smith apple.

I am kind of embarrassed to say today I am doing what I call half-a@$ cooking. I am putting chicken breasts, carrots, and potatoes in a slow cooker with condensed cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing packet and milk. I know it's going to be way too salty and probably pretty blah but I have to do it every now and then. I will make Bell's stuffing to go with it. I will love that. It's a box mix but it reminds me of childhood meals.
