Pork braciole, pork and cabbage potstickers and buttered green peas. Yes, I'm feeling porky tonight!

@SXMGirl - Sorry I didn't elaborate, but the pork braciole isn't homemade, I bought it at the supermarket, it just needs to be pan-fried. The brand name is Premio.

Yes, dessert would be wonderful!

If I could have bought bracciole at the grocery, I would probably have done so. Hot food at the market is getting better every day.

God I love bracciole! I don't know how to make it, but my friend from Jersey made outstanding gravy that way. My Nanie made her gravy with pork and I loved that as a kid. Can't have all that fattening lovely comfort food anymore. Waiting for my next shipment of Nutrisystem, so I had a small chili from Wendy's with a salad and a cherry Coke Zero. I have to go for surgery within the next 2 weeks. Thank you SXMGirl, Luzianne and Sheena for the MD wishes, same to you all. Praline, holding off on the puppy till the next litter, next month. Too much with the recovery I'll need to do.

My husband wanted a jalapeno fresco spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's, so I got him that and got myself a homestyle chicken sandwich and salad. The jalapeno fresco is too spicy for me!

I tried a delicious meatloaf recipe tonight...it was made up of a mixture of ground beef and Italian sausage, and it had spinach and cheese stuffed in the middle and a tangy ketchup-and-Worcestershire sauce topping. It was soooo good....definitely restaurant-quality. I made garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli with it.
