A salmon steak stew. Tail of a whole salmon (sounds witchy, doesn't it), cayenne, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic, and lemon pepper; anchovy paste, a red potato, celery, brown rice, red beans, black beans, split peas, black eyed peas, and pinto beans (throw a handful of them in almost every stew since I have so many of them).

Sitting here, I realize I forgot the lemon and the bleu cheese, but I think I'll let this batch go without and see how it turns out.

I believe it's crushed Doritos. You dip the onions rings in flour, then egg then Doritos and fry them.
