the piece of salmon I had picked up tasted a little off, so I dumped that and reheated a chicken thigh and had that with asparagus and a slice of challah.

I LOVE anchovy pizza. When I make an anchovy pizza I put the entire tin of anchovies on the pizza.

Haha - big differential between hotel takes dogs and surprise wedding. In any case, have fun!! I used to love the brunch at The Venetian.

Dinner: eggs in the hole (with strawberry jam for the hubs - ew), hopefully the salad I've been contemplating for days... This semester cannot end soon enough!!

It is major cornipoupia at my house; space needed for Thanksgiving food. We have had a burger (circa ?); shrimp etouffe; pasta and rice. Veggies were half a tomato, steamed broccoli and wilted romaine that I perked for our salad. Okay, got room in the fridge!

We need something light for tomorrow night, before Thursday's feast, so I'm cooking a batch of cioppino broth tonight. I'll add the shrimp, clams, mussels, squid, and hake before serving tomorrow night. Unfortunately, the seafood I'm using has been frozen, but it still tastes pretty good.
