We ordered pizza from a different place. It was so yucky! I've had frozen that tasted way better. Oh well now we know!

A bad pizza is so disappointing.

Speaking of frozen pizza, I found an Italian brand of frozen Neapolitan pizza. All of the ingredients used are Italian, and it's par-baked in Italy. I can't wait to compare it to an American frozen pizza.

I didn't cook yesterday. We had dinner with a friend. So, I have no left overs to contend with - or to use.

Since we ate quite a bit yesterday, we are keeping it light today. Roasted root vegetable leek and quinoa salad, with dried cranberries soaked in orange juice, with a maple orange dressing. Rolls for DH.

Pink grapefruit sections for desert.

Leftovers! The rest of the family made "Thanksgiving sandwiches" the leftover rolls. I don't have much of an appetite, so I polished off the rest of the steamed veggies and leftover pineapple.
