Tonight will be leftover spinach pie, probably more sauteed zucchini since I have it, and whatever else I can find at the market.

I have a slow cooker on "keep warm" at the house which contains a homemade alfredo sauce that I have added tasso ham to. When I return home I will boil some fettuccine and in another pot boil some shrimp and then throw both in the crock pot for a few minutes so they can all become real good friends before serving.

Mock meat gyros (Naan, feta, tomatoes, arugula, onions, a little cabbage, maybe some zucchini spirals, tzaziki), side of cucumbers/red onions/avocado, and maybe something tabouli-ish?

Our neighbors brought us some fresh seafood as a thank you for giving them a ride when their car broke down. I'm making a South Carolina-style Catfish Stew and steaming mussels and clams in a spicy red sauce over pasta. We will have crusty French rolls and a garden salad along with a bottle of Riesling.

Oh, how marvelous. I just saw the cast iron skillet pizza method, and can't wait to try it.
