I up just got back from the farmers market where I bought the biggest head of kohlrabi I've ever seen. Seriously, it's as big as my head! I'm thinking about making fritters with it. Probably serve it with a big green salad and fruit.

Apple juice, chicken broth, jello - I cannot eat when SO cannot. Have tiny ham/egg/cheese quiches to pack for rather bland fingerfood on the way home tomorrow afternoon. Tortellini for dinner. Then business as usual. He escaped the frightful "green stuff" aka salad since Thursday.

didn't cook up my chicken last night. Ended up making collards with lenguica sausage instead. So tonight it's roasted free-range chicken, Doc Martin lima beans (they are yooge, like 2x the size of regular limas), some fresh tomato wedges, and baked sweet potatoes

I have and it's delicious! In fact, after reading this, you solved my dilemma about what to serve with a Gruyere and green onion souffle!

Thanks PJ!
