Going to be a nice easy dinner tonight - orange chicken. Chicken, veggies, rice, sauce - boom. Done.

Mushroom Turnovers and a Ceasar Salad. Have some anchovies I want to use up (hence the choice of salad) - neighbor gave them to me as she didn't need the whole tin.

(Korean chilli paste, fish sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, s&p)
Stirfry cabbage n spinach
Chawan mushi (steam savory egg custard, flavored with bonito, seaweed, anchovy, spinach, carrots)

Rice.

Meatloaf and mashed potatoes with brown gravy - Some vegetable - not sure what yet.
