Probably mini meat loaves, mashed potatoes with garlic chives, steamed cabbage, mushroom gravy, green salad, plum crumble.

Sunday: Salad, Chicken rollatini stuffed with ricotta and spinach. fresh green beans with vinegrette and Parmesan.

Well the beef stew was alright. The bf liked it more. I didn't finish my plate. He'll be getting it for leftovers.


The crockpot chicken taco thing was really good except I used waaaayyyyy too much chicken. So it was like chicken,chicken,chicken and 5 beans, lol. I'll definitely make it again but use only two breasts.

Close but it's kale. It's a Portuguese soup that was a staple growing up. Caldo Verde...so yummy!
