Quick & easy, low calorie breakfast;

1 Jumbo egg.
1 Breakfast sausage, diced
1.5 TSP Grated parmesan cheese.
Combine all in a coffee cup.
Cook for 1 minute & 10 seconds in microwave.
Top with small squirt of ketchup or Tabasco.
Enjoy; 190 calories for those counting.

Typical weekend breakfast is a bit heavier for me - a couple of XL organic eggs - over easy, high fiber bread toasted with Land o' Lakes butter/olive oil/sea salt spread, and I threw in a Bob Jones chicken breakfast sausage patty today, and washed it all down with, of course, copious amounts of smooth hot coffee with light cream and a smidge of turbinado sugar...
