Mrs B is headed out of town for a baby shower around noon so I madeus a big Sunday breakfast. Breakfast scramble with shi****o peppers, red and yellow onions, tomatoes and cilantro. Also an Impossible breakfast sausage patty with a slice of pepper jack cheese atop an English muffin, plus some home fries and a blood orange. Served with a hot cup of cold-brewed coffee.
****I guess those mild little Japanese peppers are being censored!
