just finished it about an hour ago: we had English Muffins topped with left over Salmon, scrambled eggs and a cheese sauce. Spoiled brat had hash browns as well. And we both had a glass of OJ

I incorporate alot of left over fish into morning meals - omelets etc ...
Just today I had 1/2 piece of left over halibut and 2 scrambled eggs. Ate the halibut cold and it was awesome.
Oatmeal with cinnamon, sugar & skim milk as well as a cup of chocolate almond milk
