It is so hard for me to come up with good lunch ideas.
Today is Steakums with cheese. I havent bought them in years because the amount of fat in them is so appalling, but it just sounded good for a change.

A keylime strained nonfat Greek parfait yogurt with graham crackers & white chocolate, a small toasted bagel with healthy-style margarine, a toasted slice of whole grain/wheat bread with strawberry spread and a large mug of black tea with a teaspoon of sugar.

One of my favorite meals - cottage cheese with sliced peaches! Ooops, I think I'll sprinkle some sliced almonds on top of that as well. YUM.
