Yes, with extra loads of carrageenan, guard gum, stabilizers, tara gum, mono and diglicerides, and lest we forget a big dose of high fructose corn syrup.
The bigger the bucket, the better the deal - they have a whole pail of this nectar of the gods for around $5 at the local grocery store.
Seriously though, Talenti is not so bad it's just not really gelato. But I agree with an earlier poster - too much sugar. I started buying Talenti when it first came out and there were only a handful of flavors available. They've expanded the line to include lots of new flavors now, but the quality, taste, and mouth feel have changed. I was shocked at how cloyingly sweet the last jar was so I stopped buying.
Fewer and fewer places in Europe that sell such treats are making their product from true ingredients. Many vendors use bags of powders reconstituted with liquids to create these frozen treats, but proper ice cream, gelato, and frozen custard they are definitely not.
