I guess the cheese will taste better made this way? Looks good...i would add some meat to it though.

My husband loves this cheese, if you are a fan of Sicilian cuisine my husband enjoys Vastedda on a roll with ricotta and caciocavallo cheese. BTW Vastedda is cow spleen.
