A couple of the girls are spending the night so we decided on an omelette souffle in the morning with bagels and cream cheese.

Tonight homemade pizza from Durum flour,homemade tomato sauce with onions,garlic,green chilies,mushrooms,green Bell pepper finely sliced,green olives and topped with sharp cheddar,and mozzarella. When pizza comes out of the oven I grate some Parmesan on top. Served with garlic bread and a green garden salad.To drink beer or Radlermass ( beer mixed with sprite and garnished with a lemon wedge).
For dessert I made plum sherbet with a twist by adding a pinch of cinnamon to the plums .
Okay, Ms. Alm, don't casually mention "I made plum sherbet..." for dessert, and neglect to include a recipe. I've never had plum sherbet before.
It is unusually hot here and I am not even thinking about cooking a doggone thing! We are going out for fresh seafood. I am in the mood for raw oysters with cocktail sauce and lemon and a pile of crab legs with garlic, butter and hot sauce with a couple of mojitos to round it out. I don't even want any sides, just the seafood.
