I am looking at home made chicken strips, baking potatoe cut into thin sections and oven baked with olive oil and herbs, big salad and maybe some corn.
Leaving tomorrow to visit the kids and their little gestating chickpea. I'll take them a cheesecake that is now in the oven, and tonight will be a "clean out the fridge special."
Chicken with oranges and green olives over rice and broccoli.

Today is DH 45th birthday. Going to his mom's for dinner. Not sure what she is making but I know it's something he really enjoys. tomorrow night we will be at my mom's for dinner and we will have rotisserie chicken from a local place with sides that we really like.
Tonight it is catch as catch can. I am using up Costco cooked white meat chicken, a green pepper, a jalapeno, onion, garlic, and canned tomatoes spooned over hot brown rice fior a one bowl meal.
My farming neighbors brought back Cherokee purple tomatoes from the Smoky Mountains (smokey?) so I made my Mollie Katzen tomato-fresh mozzarella-basil pasta salad again.
