Recipe please! I've been tempted to make some after reading the zucchini thread in the recipes forum, but they call for 3 C AP flour, 2 C granulated sugar, and I'm like
It was very dense and moist. I wanna try brownies next, but haven't gotten around to it.

I wouldn't try to adapt your regular recipe. It will never taste right because you will always compare it to the original. Instead, I'd find a new one.

There is also something called tiger nut flour, some paleo folks mentioned this - I haven't tried it yet personally.
