I haven't seen this anywhere else and thought a thread on baking with some pictures and recipes would be fun. Of course you can always just tell us what you baked

Today I made Chocolate Zucchini Bread which I have made before:

and
Mini Apple Pies which came out good but I need to tweak my next time:

I am not much of a baker. The last time I baked (about 1 month ago) was Zucchini/Pineapple bread. I baked more than enough and froze 3 small loaves.

Before that, it was Buttermilk cornbread of which I froze 2 loaves. The last loaf is for dinner tonight.

Now, I am dreaming about making some orangsicle cookies but who knows how long it will be before I have to finally silence the cravings.

last time I bakes was last week and made an apple crisp. I don't bake much because it's too tempting and DH is a diabetic so it's better I don't bake much.

I made a pumpkin roll yesterday. It's in the freezer to pop out when needed.

I might make a pie for the weekend if I get around to it.

Yum. What recipe do you use for the pumpkin roll?

Here you go. It wouldn't be fall without a pumpkin roll. Use a 13x17 pan with parchment paper.

Let the cake cool completely in the towel before you fill it.

rarely do I do much baking but I do have a couple of breads I enjoy making in the fall for use throughout the rest of the year. And of course Christmas I make cookies and candy. I think I will get around to the breads in a few more weeks.
