One is when I make a ham steak for breakfast. I always make it with wither pancakes or french toast. I just think ham steak and maple syrup go together.

Another is applesauce and pork chops.
Wither pancakes?????

I've read through practically this whole thread, and none of the combinations are "gottas" for me, except bread and butter.
I suppose if you have spaghetti sauce, noodles are a must, but I can eat noodles with other things and not miss the red sauce.
