I remember back in Riverside many years ago they had a place where you can get grinders, those were those large, hoagie-style sandwiches with the crispy crust. And they were so LUCIOUS!

I'ved lived in 4 different areas and it's always subs. Po Boy describes a slightly differnt type of sandwich here.

for me... "crusty" is a Hoagie. softer bread is a sub.
