I know there are many fancier ones out there, but I have to say that my favorite has always been Triskets I love their crunchy, sturdy texture. I can eat a hand full as a snack.
On the other side of the spectrum, I love the very light and crisp Carr's Water Crackers.
So - what say you? Ritz? Stone Ground? Saltines? Cheezits? Or something else? What do you like with your crackers? I'd like to hear your delicious pairings.
Triscuits are it for me too, because they're the only crackers I'm not allergic to. I usually eat a couple crackers with some sharp cheddar slices, but not very often.
People have GO TO snack crackers? I usually buy what's on sale or whatever I happen to be in the mood for. (Granted, I'm fairly limited with dietary restrictions)

I love Triscuits. And the store brands are NOT the same!
Of course, I also like Carr's, Ritz, Finn Crisp, and yeah, even breadsticks. I will try any cracker at least once! We just got some multi-seed crackers that have whole mustard seeds along with poppy, flax, sesame. They remind me of Sociables.
Another long-lost fave was Euphrates. I think they had sesame on them, too.
I used to enjoy Triscuits especially sweet potato onion flavor. Also
Cheez-its, but these days I don't snack much at all, occasionally I will have a few of Mary's Gone Crackers with a dab of hummus.
