I believe there are unsalted Saltine crackers out there.

You might do better eating unsalted nuts for snacking.

Unsalted Saltines seems like an oxymoron, but there are saltines with unsalted tops. They still have 60 mg salt, however. Ritz Hint of Salt Crackers at 25 mgis probably the best you will find, most "low sodium" are running 50+. You might try Matzos, they are available with 0 sodium, or a specialty product such as Edward and Sons Baked whole grain brown rice snaps unsalted.

I would suggest reducing your serving size and pairing it with something naturally unsalted/low sodium.

Just want to put it out there that you might want to read up on nutritional content of natural nuts vs processed crackers if calories are a concern.

I didn't say to eat nuts. I tried to nicely say that you need to educate yourself on nutritional facts but you seem to have missed that concept and went straight to bodily functions.

Yeah, I thought the same about “unsalted saltines.” But I couldn’t think of a better term. How many saltines per serving?

I thought the extremely low salt diets were no longer prescribed for high blood oressure.
