Are there any crackers that has lower sodium than this- Ritz Hint of Salt Crackers- Sodium- 25 mg, Serving Size: 5 crackers. I have high blood pressure and eat 1 pack- 24 crackers, 4 times a week at work.

Unsalted Saltines seems like an oxymoron, but there are saltines with unsalted tops. They still have 60 mg salt, however. I didn't say to eat nuts. I tried to nicely say that you need to educate yourself on nutritional facts but you seem to have missed that concept and went straight to bodily functions.

Yeah, I thought the same about “unsalted saltines.” But I couldn’t think of a better term. How many saltines per serving?
I thought the extremely low salt diets were no longer prescribed for high blood oressure.
