I was going to pick up a box but I read the ingredients and said forget it. I am sure they are tasty and my husband has not had them in years but we decided we don't need to eat them right now. I wonder if I can get a small pack like they sell in a convenience store? I'd get that other than a whole box.

Supposedly a college professor of Nutrition proved to his students that he could lose weight on a "Twinkie Diet". He said that it was more about calories than the type of food, which determines weight loss.

I only mention it here because he said he also ate Little Debbie snacks and Oreo cookies. He ate these snacks daily, along with a few healthier items.

And now I'm wondering if that diet would work with Keebler Fudge Stripe cookies.

Lol! I found that freezing them just turns them into an even more irresistibly delicious frozen treat!

I've only ever seen the small packs at 7 Eleven, but google says Target sometimes stocks singles?

The post by @Sarahsez with the "keep them in the freezer" technique got me hunting...

Cosmic Brownies. The ones with the tiny M and M's on top. While I was on lockdown for two months at oldest DD's with grandsons during the Covid, DH would send me "care packages" of comfort food, almost always containing a box of Little Debbie's Cosmic Brownies (and a bottle of wine). I like the combination of fudgy/crunchy.

I'd save the Cosmic Brownies for Friday nights...after the kids were asleep and their parents home from work, I'd go in my room and watch Netflix, have a glass or two of wine, and binge on the Cosmic Brownies.

Funny, I haven't eaten any all summer, not since I got home from the lockdown in May.

You have to walk further in Target to get to them, as opposed to 7 Eleven. So in Target you feel justified in buying more, since you are doing something more productive.

Growing up, I liked Star Crunch. Now, I’d say Cosmic Brownies.

Well since it's September and everyone is pulling out the pumpkin stuff, it reminded me that I love the Little Debbie Pumpkin Rolls that come out this time of year. I always buy myself a box or two when they're available. They are pretty darn sweet, but since I don't get them but for a limited amount of time each year, I enjoy them while they're available.
