Since Christmas, I have had Filet mignon, Prime Rib, Ham, Turkey, all accompanied by the appropriate sides. And all provided for me by the cooks in the family.

No shopping, no schlepping, no prepping, no cooking except for a brief warming in the nuker.

Life is good here at Chez Gyp.
You have leftovers?? I'll bring wine

The "extra crispy" & "pretzel" mixes taste better than the original. For best results use an air fryer.

I love SnB! I get the regular chicken one and add some garlic powder to it before baking. I also have some honey mustard on the side for dipping.

My fridge is telling me to make pizza. One with pepperoni, black olives, sweet onions, fresh tomatoes, and one with pesto, fennel, olive tapenade, pepperoncinis and arugula.

My lack of sleep is telling me to open a can of soup, and fall asleep while it's heating.

Update: pizza one

I have some leftover cooked spaghetti and turkey meatballs. Trying to decide whether to do a pasta bake with some of my excess mozzarella or just make more tomato sauce and have another night of spaghetti and meatballs. Will steam some broccoli in either case.

I finally made my new year’s fresh black eyed peas. I cooked them with bacon, smoked sausage, mushrooms, onion, garlic, celery, and a few small tomatoes.
