Hmm. Maybe you have to love pizza. Not necessarily good pizza, but a variety of styles. It's a variety. And have you had their cinnamon things?
It's the lowest quality crap I have ever had. But it is cheap. But I'd rather pay more and have good food. If I was po' I would eat there. But the only Cicis anywhere near me went under during the pandemic - the one in Albany NY.
If I'm thinking of the right place, I've tried Cici's before. It was average pizza and did the trick, but it's definitely not something that I crave myself. I'm a sucker for Frank PePe's, though
Yeah, a great place to take the kids when you don't want to hear another argument about what kind of pizza to order. No better or worse than pizza hut or whatever IMO. It's fast food, the pizza version.
