I've been traveling a lot lately, often times to places I know very little about; thus, I end up not knowing where to go to get a good meal.

So where's the best place to eat where you live? Cost is not an issue, I would just like to hear about places that are creative, full of flavor, with a wide variety of dishes and don't close at 5 o'clock.

Be sure to list the name of your city or town and the street name of the restaurant.

Default Frazier Park, CA

I'd have to say my favorite in Frazier Park, CA is the "Dream Castle." They have a pretty good menu selection, and don't close at 5 P.M. You better get there early, though, because they close at 2 P.M. (after the lunch rush)!!!

I don't get to eat there very often for that reason.

Two other favorites are "Los Pinos" Mexican Restaurant and "Big John's." There are also a few other places that are okay, but not great.

Other than that, it's either Pizza, Sandwiches, or fast food.

Default favorite place hands down

Chesapeake, VA
Spice of India on Volvo Rd in the Greenbrier section of town.
It has fabulous dinners and a buffet lunch Monday thru Saturday.

We have so many good restaurants--Atlanta, GA--I can't begin to choose one.

I love The Flying Biscuit for breakfast/lunch--not far from downtown--Little 5 Points/Candler Park. Here's a link>>>

There is a small French restaurant on Clairmont Rd that I like--'Violettes'--cozy and great food.

Other than that --anything owned/operated by Moe's is certain to be good--casual dining but tasty.

I am certain that anything and everything can be found in Atlanta --in the GA forum just ask 'Figment007' he has good picks.

Not exactly in my town itself, but in the general area, is Chez Melange in Redondo Beach, CA. I especially recommend their brunch which is served not only on Sunday mornings, but Saturday mornings as well.

I need to give a shout out to the N9NE Steakhouse at the Palms in Vegas. I don't live in Vegas, but it was one of the best meals of my life, both food wise and service wise.

Some local places....

-Charley's Other Brother, Steakhouse, off of 539, Easthampton NJ

-The Sushi Lounge, off of south street, Morristown NJ

-Chapala, Mexican, Route 33, Hamilton NJ
