I have to pick just one?? Well, then it would have to be the classic chicken tikka, but I do love a good makhani, and almost any type of saag (saag aloo is my favorite!). Also, navratan korma is yummy as well!

I am always on the lookout for good curry recipes. I have several books but nothing ever seems to come out just right. I do make a mean chicken makhan and ma di dal, though! We've tried all sorts of jarred sauces, but I've never been that impressed with the results. (Too bad, too. Curries are a lot of work!)

Oh, you're so lucky!
Great real Indian dinners.
I make my own versions and they're good, but never quite as good as when my friends make it.
