Had some bread, lettuce and "turkey" that all needed to be used, so made turkey sandwiches with a little mayo and mustard. Made a simple salad with the rest of the lettuce, bacon bits and oil and vinegar. A huge cup of sweet iced tea that I'm still working on. All so good and an unexpected delight.
Sundried tomato/basil wrap w/mayo, lots of turkey, provolone cheese, sliced dill pickle, sliced tomato, sea salt and fresh ground pepper. A little cottage cheese on the side.
Slice of American cheese on multi-grain sandwich flatbread, nuked till cheese melted. Cherub tomatoes and organic carrots on the side, water to drink.
