My only thought of Thanksgiving so far was when I discovered our one lonely butternut squash in the garden. LOL I said to the squash...."you will be our Thanksgiving squash". Yes...I'm crazy talking to my produce...that's a separate thread.

Wow. we found a cuc the other day that was thinking it wanted to be a watermelon. It kept growing and did not go bad or anything, just got big as day!

When they have thanksgiving at my brothers house, he always fries a couple of turkeys and his wife bakes one.

I used to have a turkey fryer but lost it in the split.

Those taste really good to me.

I'm breaking with tradition this year. Going hog wild. Really. Getting a new grill to do whole hogs on. Redefining pulled pork at my house. Who wants the carrot?
