Hello everyone,

Need some ideas with the european dessert like petit four for a up coming event at home. Little easy and tasty.I would like to try it from kitchen. Do you guys have any suggestion?

French style menu with potage(soup),raclette,Brioche,riz pilafe, legume finishing with dessert.....

"Petits Fours" tend not to be so much dessert but more of an after-dessert or served with afternoon tea as they are little cakes/macaroons. They tend to be served as a variety of sweet little "mouthfuls" so can be more time consuming and fidly to make. But delicious !

Are you serving smoked Ham with your Raclette ? It is delicious. Unless you can get French cured Hams like Pyrenees Ham you can serve it with parma ham and things like Salami and other "Charcuterie" items .... Yummy.... and potatoes and lots of crudites too....
