When I was about 10, my mom taught me to make boneless, skinless chicken breasts, seasoned with salt/pepper/herbs and sauteed in a mixture of Italian dressing and soy sauce. It's such a simple, yet flavorful recipe and I continue to make it for myself on a regular basis!

When I was 10-12 my best friend and I would make Tom Soup, Meatloaf, baked pots and corn for her family and then for mine. I forget what we made for dessert. I do remember Toll house cookie dough with a note on it to "stay out"!!LOL

Someone asked me for the recipe (correct spelling is Uunipannukakku), and I am happy to oblige:

I don't think I could eat it today but it was heavenly to me when I was around 6.
Thanks for sharing this! I can just imagine cute little DontH8Me puttering around the kitchen.
