Inglehoffer's is a good brand. My personal favorite is their dill mustard. It's good on any kind of beef. They make a good variety of flavors as well.
Horseradish mustard is a must on roast beef, but for hot dogs and burgers I like the yellow mustard.
I like German and French mustards.
I went to Dijon, France to buy some mustard in October.
It was well worth the trip!
Even cheap mustards here in Germany are far and away better than what I can find in the US.
(And you get nice juice glasses with your purchase, the mustard is inside)
Gonna have to tip my hat to Inglehoffler as well. As far as nationally available toppings, they can't be beat.
