Really?
Does Wal-Mart carry huitlacoche these days?
A comal isn't "special equipment"?
Do you find making a 22-ingredient mole "easy"?

Or is your entire experience with "Mexican" comprised of Taco Bell?

Give me a break.

Tamales.
Menudo.
Chilles rellenos.
How a restaurant makes the latter indicates to me how good their food is overall.
