Salad: mixed greens, avocado, grape tomatoes, garden cucumbers, vidalia onion, blanched asparagus, radishes, homemade croutons. Topped with seasoned grilled shrimp. Homemade creamy dill dressing. Grilled garlic bread.

Bean burritos with chopped jalapeños and grated cheddar cheese. Trying a new cayenne pepper hot sauce that didn't work out well with tacos but probably will be great with burritos

A frozen ready to eat meal chicken and vegetables flavored with Ranch and fresh strawberries for desert. Later on I made a few slices of Bruschetta, one of my favorites.
