I looked at a home and it needs some serious repairs but its doable. Day 1: Apparently there were twelve offers for the home that day and we submitted our offer (all cash). Day 2: The listing agent asked for Final Offers that day and we upped our offer by 20k (all cash). Day 3: The next day, the listing agent says all offers by 5 PM. Day 4: I asked our agent if the offer was accepted or rejected and he said the listing agent says it make take a few days to determine. So here I am waiting, I don't like waiting... Meanwhile the house is NOT listed as PENDING... Should I pull my offer? I don't want to play games but that's what it feels like to me. If you have all the offers already, why still show the show house and not put it in pending...

Lol, you didn't "win".. they're using your cash offer as leverage with the other buyers. Withdraw your offer & walk.

Seems like you are right. Someone put in an offer over asking which is higher than the comps in the same neighborhood... and it needed about 70k worth of fixes...
Hi,
Before buying a foreclosed property, it is important to consult with foreclosed agent or attorney regarding all your queries.
Thanks!!
