I have found a couple of properties I want to look into in Miramar. They are just west of University, south of Pines blvd, and north of the turnpike. I welcome any input as to the area. Thanks

If it is single family home it isn't even really that bad, but you could do much better. If it is condo/townhouse it is probably hell. If it is a limited budget situation, even areas east of the turnpike would be safer overall, due to further proximity to Carol City. Definitely go west of Palm Ave in Pines or west of Red Road in Miramar if you can, or further north up University.

Thanks, these two places were right by eagle woods golf course. I was thinking it would be nicer to the west.
