I want to buy a decent 3b/2b condo in this area for my parents to live in now and that my family can use as a vacation home now and in the future. My parents used to live in Chapel trail but would like a condo community, with amenities and possible single floor living. The stairs are getting hard for them. The other problem is that only my dad drives, so would like something near the bus line for my mom to get around while he's at work during the day.
