If you study at BCC, you study in Davie unless you go to the south campus down in Pembroke Pines. In which case, look at rentals in Pembroke Pines or maybe even downtown Hollywood.

And yes you can buy custom cowboy boots in downtown Davie . But yeah around the college it's just a typical suburban area, no horse ranches or cowboy boots.

I go to the South Campus. Is the one in Davie better though?

The one in Davie is the main campus so it's bigger. It's right across the street from Nova. I don't think one is known to be "better" than the other but I think the location is better if you want affordable (for this area) housing in a decent area. You could potentially even walk to class and the area around it is basically suburban bliss while the area around the South campus ranges from just meh to downright dilapidated and there is a good amount of crime around there (honestly not worse than where you are now but you might as well upgrade). You would want to either live east (Downtown Hollywood, kind of artsy and funky but choose your neighborhood wisely) or west (the nicer side of Pembroke Pines, bedroom community with a lot of shopping, mostly safe if you pick the right development) of the south campus for an affordable, safe area.
