The place has been burglarized four times in 20 months. that's what going on here.

Nope - if your a burglarized in 20 months with those kinds of losses, sounds like insurance fraud to me.

Insurance fraud is not a crime or ..........
Crime in CC is going up, the sirens are blaring every night.

I am not just talking about that news story, you are trying to make this a conversation about one news story when everyone else is talking about the area as a whole.

I took away from that article that there is possibly someone that doesn't like the guy.

The owner provided the name of a possible suspect, a man whose presence at the business has reportedly coincided with at least one prior burglary.

Or yes, insurance fraud.

No one, even me, is that unlucky.
