I don't know you well enough to be able to figure out if you are serious or kidding.
I think these lists are for entertainment purposes. Next week they'll come out with a list that the criteria for worst cities will be most days over 90 degrees. And cape coral will be a bad place to retire.

Wink Cape Coral is a Great Place to Retire.

Obviously, everyone is different and has different needs. Cape Coral has warm and sunshine most of the year, More Gulf Access than most cities on the coast, extremely affordable to purchase or rent, The VA Hospital is coming, One of the lowest crime rates in Florida, Good Schools, Peaceful, Growing economy with more businesses starting again, etc..........

Cape Coral was one of the hardest hit during this Global Economic Recession we are currently in. I believe we will be one of the strongest coming out of it. =)

We are already seeing it in Real Estate. Prices are slightly up and inventory is down. Season is right around the corner and I believe after the article of Cape Coral being a top place to retire. The snowbirds will be buying. Have a Beautiful Day!

The only reason inventory is down is because of the shadow inventory being held by the banks.
This is creating a pricing bubble, this will not be good for the local housing market or the economy.

Equal - why are you such a hater of CC? Where's your proof of this shadow inventory?

I completely, 100% agree. Most 6th graders would understand this.

Default cape coral

can anyone suggest areas of CC that are good to look at when wanting to invest in a condo. possibly list by zip code as that's the easiest way to do a search online. we are also looking at sarasota and bradenton.

Tarpon Gardens $180,250 was the least expensive. Tarpon Landing $304k. Cape Harbour $190k. It also depends on which floor/upgrades/view.

Condos in Cape Coral
Check zip 33914
Depends on what you are looking for? Are you looking for a water view? Do you want a Gulf Access Condo? How many beds?baths?sqft? Location?

Cape Coral has plenty of Condos to choose from. I'm sure you will find whatever it is you are looking for.

To start your search, I would recommend a Listingbook Account. Any Realtor can set you up on one. It is the most up-to-date information available. If you search on websites, sometimes the info is old and incorrect.

Hope this helps!
