So happy the new Sonny's is in Cape Coral. We have been 3 times since they opened and it has been fantastic! I am not much of a BBQ person but it has over and beyond met my expectations. =)

Plus it has added more than 100 jobs to our area. Great to see people working.

General Manager Alan Horowitz said that 99% of his new restaurant staff of 103 was unemployed when they came to interview.

Sounds like they believe in getting people to work, which is exactly what we need in today's new world!

I have noticed quite a few new businesses opening up around the Cape! Let's hope that we keep seeing expansion in the future.

It's very important for our local economy that we support our community businesses.

Have a Great Day! The St Louis Ribs are my favorite! =)

-A.J.

It is off of Pine Island Rd., where the old UNO was. (off skyline)

It is yummy! The sweet tea is good too. Glad to see some BBQ!

It's a chain, kev.

I had it once, a long time ago, and it was good. But the best Q is a couple of guys on the side of the road throwing wood into a smoker.

I like your theory, though. I skinny chef probably can't be trusted!

just so we can get back on topic of discussing that people are happy that a new business is in town, and that it serves good food, I figured I would get particulars.

Spoke to a manager , they employ 85 people. The girl who answered the phone was very nice , and the manager was even nicer. personally I can't wait to go there in October when I'm down and try it out.

How's Sonny's compared to Rib City? Either way, we're going to check it out in October too. May see you there Kev.
