I have been transferred to NH and have decided to sell my CC house. Anyone used a realtor that they would recommend?

What part of nh? I am currently near squam lake at my camper having lobster. Only 3.99 a lb right now. I know i am pro cape coral but nh is one place in the us where i would rather live.

Hopefully you came in the summer. In july and august it is possibly the best place in the world. Fall is awesome and the first two months of winter....., february thru may it is awful.

YES!! We just bought a home from Lesley PROUD w Miloff Aubuchon Realty, just over the Cape coral bridge next to the Chamber of commerce. We did our homework ahead of time and perused ALL of the listings in our price category plus the ones she sent us. In the end, we identified a home a week before we came down here, wrote an offer on the property with a 24 hr time frame, and the sellers accepted it in 12 hours! This was due to lesley's diligence in contacting the Listing Agent and following up to provide answers to our many many many questions.
She can be reached at 230.292.4122. Tell her that elaine and charlie sent you.... she is great... and we are very very particular as we are BOTH realtors in the state of VA so we know what constitutes great service and customer rapport.
I know that lesley has LOTS of experience w the Cape Coral marketplace: she's lived here for a number of years and I'm sure wd be thrilled to assist you...
