Hello,

I'm planning to buy a house(3BR/2BA) in Lasater Addition neighborhood and renting the house for some cash flow. If you can shed some lights on following questions that would be great.

- Crime rate in this neighborhood?
- How good schools are in this neighborhood? (High County, Highland, Boswell)
- Looks like most of the houses are owner occupied in this area, how easy to get a renter in this neighborhood?
- What is the preference of this neighborhood compare with other neighborhoods in this area?

Thanks much for your answers & insights on Lasater Addition neighborhood.

if you don't know this info why are you considering the neighborhoor--
use a real estate professional to give you some insight
I have never heard of the area before
googling the schools gave info about Saginaw

Thanks much loves2read...

My real estate agent is suggesting that this is a good neighborhood. This neighborhood is just left side of 81/287 & 35W intersection and the house is in kingfisher drive and has Eagle Mt-Saginaw ISD school district.

What do you think about this area and Eagle Mt-Saginaw ISD?

Thanks again.

I think that Eagle Mtn Saginaw is not what I would consider top tier in Fort Worth metroplex

don't know anything specific about the area

check TAD for data on other homes in that neighborhood
you might be able to tell if some of them are rental property by the owner's name/address
rental property should have name NOT living at the residence address--but at the owner's adddress or maybe a PO Box
