In-N-Out Burger to Build in Cowtown | NBC Dallas-Fort Worth

I'm not a huge fan but i know there are some that swear by it. Should make Cali transplants happy

While I like the fries, like the OP, I just don't understand the worship In-N-Out receives from the west coasters.

One thing my wife and I truly missed while we were gone for 'bout 12 years (Denver, Portland, Vegas), was Tex-Mex. Not Cali-Mex, not New Mex-Mex...Tex-Mex.

I had actually gone back to, on rare occasion, consuming Taco Bell.

think it is interesting that it is going into the So7 area--Sundance has been the hot area for so long in FTW--and looks like So7 is being set up to become sort of the more youth, sports-bar type of set up

and frankly there is nothing that is as good as a Fuddrucker's burger used to be...

I think the article needs to correct itself....So7 or Currie and 7th is not Cowtown. In and Out must be expanding fairly quickly in TX...the one in Garland is slated to open in 2011 too. I like their burgers, but don't think about it when I am home/in TX. There are better burgers out there.

It's not gonna be in So7. It'll be across from the Wendy's across the street from West 7th.

And So7 is just a small part of the entire West 7th area.....

There is a place just north of SO7, on the left side of the road, and faces north, as you drive N past the Target on I think it's Carroll, which has truly incredible burgers, but for the life of me, I cannot remember the name.

It's in an industrial complex...do not be put off by this. Carroll and Whitmore area. Worth a visit...seriously. It's not at all obvious, so keep an eye out. I had an address, yet still passed it one time.
