We made it in to DFW yesterday morn, (yes, it is a very nice airport) and did a bit of grocery shopping at the Walmart in Highland Village area. Again, great store.
Fort Worth is beautiful.

We were pretty jet lagged,(still are) so we napped yesterday, then we were up until 4 am this morning! Just got up at noon - off to explore some surrounding areas, Coppell, Colleyville, Keller.

Have a nice day, y'all, will catch you later on.

JD

Welcome to one of my two favorite places to live! Did you end up renting at Marquis?
PS How did your doggie do on the flight?

HYPO ... thank you!

CHRISTIE ... thank you!

GUIN ... Hey, I already own cowboy boots! You know whats funny is that I always wear a straw type hat that has black and natural beads on it on a black string - and I AM THE ONLY ONE WE HAVE SEEN, wearing that type of hat! lol

PK ... thanks, and yep at Marquis. It is used as a corporate rental all the time, so this unit is a bit thrashed. Gonna look at a few others, as were only in this unit for 3 weeks.

Link seemed to do OK on the flight ... he has met lots of doggie friends while out in the doggie potty area!

Okay, we are heading up to Denton, doing lots of driving to get to know the area.

Be back on later tonite ... now, everyone go outside and fry an egg on the sidewalk!

oh, forgot ... CHRISTIE ... do you live in Grapevine? ... I liked that area, as well as Colleyville.
Okay, off to Denton.

Yes, I am in Grapevine, and it is a wonderful place! Colleyville is nice, too.
