Does anyone know anything about Everman? I have 2 elementary aged children. Is this a good place to live? Is it a nice area (hopefully not run down or rural).

Everman is a run down suburb, it isn't really a town geared towards families and there isn't much to do. I would look into Burleson, there is more activities in Burleson and they have a great school system. Depending on where you'll be working you should also look into Mansfield.

Yes, I agree. I lived there for 10 years, it's off I-35, with I-20 an exit or so away. Biggest companies in that area are Miller Brewing & Alcon Labs.

They have built some new houses in that area, the whole area as a general rule is it's starting to get run down, if you're buying a house and need to be as close to this area as possible, I'd consider Burleson.

A couple of topless bars in the area off I-35 too, and a couple of shootings that go with it. Got a "massage" parlor as well, called the "Golden Goddess"!.
